The problem

You didn't start a contracting business to push pixels.

Every job you close comes with 15–30 hours of design work: selections, layouts, revisions, pricing. That's time you're not selling — and the sales pipeline is where your business actually grows.

+Design takes the reins the moment a client signs. We run the entire design process — white-glove, under your brand — and hand you back a package your client is ready to say yes to.

The money

Turn design from a cost center into your best closing tool.

The play our contractors run on every deal:

01

Close with a design retainer

Your client pays you $1,000 to start design — credited toward the job when they build. Serious clients sign; tire-kickers filter themselves out.

02

We design under your brand

Drawings, moodboard, photoreal renders, and a take-off priced from your price list. Your logo on every page — your client meets us only as your design team.

03

They almost never leave

A client who paid a retainer and watched their project come to life under your brand doesn't shop the bid. The design closes the build.

On subscription, a design costs you ~$600. Resell it as a $1,000 retainer and your design program pays for itself before the second job — while it fills your pipeline with committed clients.

Every package

Everything a design firm would hand you. Under your brand.

A complete, industry-standard draft package — not just pretty pictures.

Every set is drafted engineering-ready. Stamps and structural engineering remain with you and your engineer of record — we build the drawings so that handoff is clean.

Questions

The short answers.

What is white-label design, exactly?

We produce complete design packages — drawings, schedules, moodboards, photoreal 3D renderings, and a full material take-off with an estimate — and every deliverable carries your company's brand: your logo, your colors, your templates. We even meet your clients as your design team when you want us to. Contractually, +Design stays invisible: your client never learns our name, we never claim the work publicly, and you own the files outright.

How fast is turnaround on a design package?

Moodboards land within 2 business days of a complete brief so you can lock direction with your client early. Full packages — renderings, take-off, and estimate — typically deliver in 5 to 7 business days for a kitchen or bath, a little longer for whole-home scopes. Revision rounds turn in 1 to 2 business days. If a hot lead needs speed, flag it when you submit and we prioritize accordingly.

What's included in a design package?

The complete draft set a design and drafting firm would produce: dimensioned floorplans, elevations to NKBA standards, and full schedules — doors, windows, cabinets, finishes, fixtures — plus curated moodboards, photoreal 3D renderings of your client's actual space, a complete material take-off, and a line-item estimate priced against your own price list, all assembled in a presentation deck under your brand. Optional add-ons: a cinematic video walkthrough and a VR-ready 3D file. Drawings arrive engineering-ready; stamps and structural engineering stay with your engineer of record.

How does the price-list setup work?

During onboarding, you share your real numbers: supplier and dealer pricing, labor and sub rates, and your markup structure. We build them into your account, and every estimate we produce from then on is priced from that list — not national cost databases or regional averages. When your costs change, send us the update and it applies to all future packages. This is why our estimates are numbers you can actually sign at your actual margin.

What's your revisions policy?

Two revision rounds are included with every package, which covers the overwhelming majority of projects — the moodboard step exists precisely to catch direction changes before rendering begins, when changes are cheap. Revisions turn in 1 to 2 business days. If a project genuinely needs more rounds, additional revisions are available; in practice, most packages are approved after one.

Who owns the design files?

You do. Renderings, moodboards, take-offs, and estimates are all delivered under your brand with full usage rights — use them in proposals, on your website, in your marketing, wherever. We don't publish your projects in our portfolio or name you as a client without your written permission.
