This policy describes how +Design(“we”, “us”) handles information collected through plusdesign.agency.
Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide: name, company, email, phone, state, trade, and any message you include. We also record basic marketing attribution for your visit (referring site, landing page, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags) so we know how you found us.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule calls you request.
- To deliver services you purchase.
- To understand which marketing channels bring us partners.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers required to operate this site and our business (form relay, CRM, payments, and email), each bound to use it solely on our behalf.
Client confidentiality
Our work is white-label. Project information partners share with us — including their clients’ details — is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engaged design services, including design meetings conducted under the partner’s brand. We never market to a partner’s clients or contact them outside the partner’s brand.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses session storage for first-touch attribution and may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure page performance. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
