These terms govern use of plusdesign.agency and purchases of +Design services. By using the site or engaging our services, you agree to them.

Services

+Designprovides white-label design services to contracting businesses: moodboards, 3D renderings, material take-offs, and estimates prepared from the client’s supplied price list. Deliverables are provided for the engaged project’s use.

Subscriptions and payment

The design subscription ($6,000/month) includes up to 10design packages per calendar month; capacity does not roll over. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be canceled with 30 days’ notice. A-la-carte packages ($1,500) are billed per design at purchase.

Estimates are informational

Take-offs and estimates are prepared with professional care from information and pricing you supply, but you are responsible for verifying quantities, costs, and code compliance before contracting with your client. Design drawings are drafted to industry standards and prepared engineering-ready, but they are not sealed or stamped; engineering stamps, structural engineering, and permit approvals remain your responsibility. +Design is not a party to your client contracts.

White-label and ownership

Upon payment, deliverables for a project are licensed to you for unlimited use in your business under your brand. Where client-facing design meetings are part of an engagement, our designers conduct them solely as representatives of your brand. We do not disclose +Design to your clients, market to them, or publicly attribute work to your company without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, +Design’s aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amounts paid for the deliverable giving rise to the claim.
